Pololu 3/8 Inch Metal Ball Caster Wheel

This small metal ball caster wheel has a 3/8 inch diameter ball that rolls freely in all directions.

This caster wheel comes as an easy to assemble kit that includes an ABS plastic housing, a 3/8 inch diameter metal ball, a pair of #2 mounting screws and two optional spacer pieces. The included 1/8 and 1/16 inch thick spacer pieces can be used to adjust the height of the caster wheel from 0.4 inches to about 0.6 inches.

This caster wheel is designed for light weight robot projects and will not roll properly when loaded with more than a few pounds.
